You're a bit all over the map. Right now, most opponents can pick you apart by recognizing a threat and killing it, you have no backup.
First off, pick 1-2 gods and go with them. This will give you more focus and more redundancy. Personally, I'd go Nurgle and Undivided here.
Double up on your Nurgle Princes, they're CC Beasts, great modelling project and very consistent.
Troops, run 2 squads of Nurgle and 2 squads of Undivided. Powerfists in every squad, Melta guns in every squad, the Nurgle can have Plasma but I prefer melta.
Drop the Dread and probably the Raptors. Dreads are to slow to keep up with you and are to random, you don't need that. Raptors are okay, they're a fast tank hunter but you will already have so much anti-tank. A small demon unit might be good in the place of them, you lack solid assault outside of the DPs and people often forget about them until it's to late.
Oblits are good, make sure they're separate units. Perhaps add another or a Defiler. You need something against hordes and it's yet another CC threat. I might go as far to say as forget the Oblits and run 2 Defilers, you want to get in someones face, you don't need to leave a non-scoring unit at home, especially one that is very weak to heavy weapons fire.
Hope that helps!
