Here is the basics I came up with, but I'm not sure what upgrades to give everything. Any help would be appreciated:
1 Demon Prince
10 Chaos Marines (possibly 5 squads of 6)
10 Chaos Marines
10 Chaos Marines
3 Rhinos w/Havoc Launchers
3 Obliterators (only have 3 miniatures)
That comes out to 1235, leaving 265 points left to upgrade the squads, though I could drop the Defiler if I need more.. What would you suggest? I'm going up against Eldar.

first of all, eldars are FAST!! u need to down his/hers vehicles ASAP. and besides don't forget to council on jetbikes too (with their nasty singing spears). i'd say give all ur marine squads meltas. chop the reaper autocannon off your defiler and give lascannon.
another thing is eldars WILL attack before you in cc due to their high I, even assaulting zerkers can't match that. so i wouldn't go with 5 squads of 6 because banshees will annihilate any squad they assault. i play an eldar guy regularly and i found out that a squad of 10 marines has a chance of surviving the assault and can even cause serious casualties to assaulting banshees. But, imo, a squad of 6 marines won't cause any serious troubles to banshees. and if u go with 3x10 give 2x meltas to each squad. If u have points left after upgrades i'd say give icon of khorne to squads, that way less troops (since u won't be attacking first be sure some of them will die after an assault from eldar) will balance out that loss by more attacks.
since you have lots of fire magnet (oblits, DP, defiler) rhinos will do fine i guess. btw don't reserve your oblits. since u need lots of anti tank u want them shooting ASAP.
give 2 fists to termis, and when ur rhinos are close to any vehicle drop termis near that vehicle and enjoy the show
as for DP, give him wings, warptime and any mark u want to besides khorne (i'd go for tzeentch against eldar army, since their weaponry generally ignores armour save)

Secondly, charging Berzerkers will match the Initiative of almost all Eldar (excluding HQs and Howling Banshees) and will almost always winn combat due to hitting on 3s and wounding on 2s with a TON of attacks, when compared to them hitting back on 4s and wounding on 5s with minimal attacks.
Third, Termies can't ride in Rhinos, only in Land Raiders, they can however Deep Strike near the opponent.
As for the Warptime Prince, the only time I would not field one is when playing against Eldar due to them forcing you to roll an extra die for your psyker powers, it's very hard not to get perils of the warp.

about termis, thats what i meant. said poorly but what i was trying to say was get close to enemy with rhinos with troop inside and deep strike termis near that vehicle (assuming troop has icon)
yeah, u're prolly right about the defiler, forgot battle cannon was ordnance weapon.
for zerkers, everytime i played with an eldar i found banshees in front of them, i guess my mind is fixed like : zerkers will fight banshees ) yeah charging zerkers with I5 will equal most eldar's I.
