Hey guys i was wondering if you guys wouldn't mind reviewing my 750pt list for the escalation league that we're doing at the local game store, before reading the list you should know that the game mode is an objective based game, you roll a d8 to get your primary objective which is things like : Kill opponents HQ choice, have 2 troop choices survive till the end of the game, have a kill point difference of 2 or more in your favor, etc. If both players achive their primary objective then the game switchs over to a standard objective game with 4 objectives in four corners of the board. Also if anyone wants to know all 8 objectives just let me know and i'll get em to you. =D
Deamon Prince 155pts
Mark of Slannesh
Lash of Submission
5 Chaos Space Marines 110pts
- Champion (sacrifice for Greater Deamon)
11 Chaos Space Marines 235pts
+ Power Fist
- Icon of Chaos Glory
2 Obliterators 150pts
Greater Deamon 100pts
So far i've played one practice game against IG and did really well, i had the destroy HQ objective and lashed his HQ squad within 1in of my Deamon prince and was able to easily wipe them out in one round of combat, the rest of my squads did really well, the 5 man squad that was there to objective sit and be a sacrifice for the greater deamon did its job of holding the objective and bringing in the deamon. From most peoples reactions it seems they didn't plan on anyone bringing to Monstrous Creatures to such a "small" point game while my opponent had lots of Las cannons and Auto Cannons he had a hell of a time dealing with my Deamon Prince, and once he finally did manage to kill him off i finally made my reserve roll and brought in the Greater Deamon. (You should have seen the look on his face when i told him the greater deamon had a better stat line then the Prince =D). they only problem i can really forsee is my army not being mobile enough to support the deamon prince, but i rectified this by useing him in support of the Obliterators by lashing IG veteran squads into clumps and Plasma Cannoning them to death while the 11 man squad supported the Deamon Prince's assaults and covering him so my opponent couldn't really get a shot at him without him gettin 4+ cover.
Any Suggestions are appreciated, or any tactical advise concerning my list as well.
Thanks Ahead of time guys!

rabbit will punt this to army list sections soon, that being said
hq is great, running the lash means you are going to want template weapons, otherwise go with warptime
troops, if you are not going to get in a rhino i would recommend noise marines with sonic blasters and a blastmaster, take advantage of moving and firing. but you will probably be more effective with a squad of 8 khorne berserkers, with aspiring champ and power fist in a rhino, maybe 2, and either a squad of seven plague marines with 2 plasma and champion with fist in a rhino. another advantage of rhinos are they make great mobile cover for your prince as you advance up the feild, keep him hidden behind the rhinos as they move and you have a great cover save
if you stay out of the rhinos, keep the oblits, otherwise capitalize on some armor. at lower point levels a dreadnought on the flank with lascannons can be deadly, but you need to keep out of its firing arc. but in general for high priority target i recommend defilers or vindicators, especially with your lash prince. defiler brings longer range to the table and close combt ability if you need it, but with a 12 AV more likely to be destroyed. defiler has lower range, but that one armor value does make a big difference. the point of the defiler and vindicator, is not always to kill your opponent, the point is that your opponent will feel he has to kill them, hopefully giving your rhinos enough time to get your troops in position. With chaos our troops will win the game for us, as long as they get where they need to go
Daemons, especially greater are not really strong at this level since you have to add in the cost of a aspiring champ
Yep, headed to the army section right now.
Also, in the future, be sure you don't list out the individual point costs for each upgrade. It's against forum rules (and copyright infringement). GW loves throwing their lawyers at us for these little legal mishaps.
You can, however, list the total point costs for a squad, even if that squad is comprised of a single mode. That, GW, will permit
Spambot kill tally. . .337
oh i'm sorry i wasn't aware that GW like to be a pain, well i was but just not aware of the depth of their need to be a pain. =D
this was my first post in CSM and somehow missed the Army List section, so again sorry, hope you can forgive me
