Ok guys I thought I would just share a list that has been working for me in friendly games at my FLGS. My last opponent was Space Wolves and it looked grim at the start but ended in glory. Let me know what you think.

10x Termies, 2x(power fist, Combi-melta), 8x Twin Lightning Claws, IoT -445
10x CSM, 2 Plasmagun, Champ, fist, IoGC -230
9x 1kSons, warptime, icon -274
6x PM, plasmagun, champ, fist, icon -221
I have been puting the Khorne Lord in with the 1kSons so that he can live a little longer against shooting thanks to their 4++. The Termies DS in shoot the Meltas as it will most likely be their only time shooting anyway, and rip things apart. Useing lash to bring out nice targets for the 1kSons and all the plasma shots from the CSM and PM. The biggest dissapointment so far with this list is the Lord, He has not performed as he should and has been subject to Instant Death from a thunder hammer to the face from Arjac.
HQ: Drop the khorne Lord entirely. a MON warptime winged prince costs the same and is more reliable in combat and adds more speed.
Elites: Your icons suggest deepstriking but why deepstrike to footsloggers when you could just walk there yourself. I suggest taking combiplasmas allround and single L-claws. Much more flexible, able to do things on the early turns or as they deepstrike. Upgrade the PFs to CFs if you have points left over as you don't want them locked in combat with a dread for long.
Troops: Ditch the icons and just take PMs and 1Ksons (with doombolt). PMs can last without a PF champion and should take 2 plasmas each. The princes or terminators can dig them out of nasty combats if needed.
Quorn! - Protein for the Protein God.
No anti-swarm. Take a HF at the termies, throw the Khorne Lord and add a Defiler.
i agree with mad cat. although i would cut out some termies to make room for some oblits.
I love the smell of promethium in the morning.
Where are the meltaguns! Even if the list is not fast to get to use them, they are at least more reliable to open tanks. Plasma has the same range as melta when you move and you want this list to move foward. Lash is nice to get your opponent out of cover but how does the list get him out of his transports first?
You need fire support units like obliterators or havocs to stay with the foot list theme. Even reaper autocannons on the terminators. A squad or two of noise marines with blastmasters if you really have too and have nothing else.
Drop the khorne lord he's a big point sink that does nothing to help the list. A prince with MoT, wings and bolt of change would help with anti-tank, warptime to help in combat also. Or drop the lord completly for more firepower.
