Need feedback on this list that is designed for "Castling Armies" specifically Tau & Guard

Just remember the berserkers won't be able to begin in the LR but you can move them in turn one.
Normally I dont rate chosen but against castling opponents outflanking chosen with 4-5 special weapons can be great.
Your dreads with flamers are very poor since there is no way to quickly get them forewards especially in dawn of war and considering they are likely to stand and pull the trigger at enemies with fire frenzy. Take Plasma cannon + HF or drop them for troops or deepstriking terminators.
