This is my new Fallen Angel army list. I am in the process of determining its fluff at the moment but so far I have come up with that this particular warband of the cast out Fallen Angels are led by a charistmatic leader to determined with uniting the Fallen Angels and exposing Johnson for the traitor he really is. As they have lost faith with Luther this particular band of fallen have determined that the Fallen Angels are the only ones to expose the Dark Angels deepest secrets to the inquisition. Tacticaly this means that this warband is intending on using the secrecy the Dark Angels have about the post heresy period to infiltrate the Dark Angels but also those factions designed to hunt them such as the death wing and raven wing. I have kept a theme of a moving gun line with the oblierators and relentless termys while also ensuring I have a forward unit of Chaos Space marines to take objectives while the others provide support.
Any comments or suggestions are welcome, its in its very early stages of development but im keen to make this army work fluff wise as well as efficent on the battlefield.

Chaos Terminators don't have the relentless special rule.
Their rapid fire is limited to 12" on the move.
i mean with the autocannon they can move and fire.
Entry for Terminator Armor means that they can still move and fire as if they were relentless...or is that only normal marines?
yes they can move and fire as if they were relentless, they just don't have the relentless special rule
They can't move and fire rapid fire weapons as if they were standing still!
Other than that, yes, just like relentless...
Other scarcely known things about CSM units include:
Obliterators don't have terminator armour, they CAN sweeping advance enemies they defeat!
