Well, that is almost exactly like mine, so I think I can give some helpful advise as I have playtested my list.

Drop all the Plagueswords on the champs, they are quite useless, and get power fists.

    Drop Bionic on lord.

i knew someone would say something lol

origionally thats what i had, the champs had a power fist and nurgle;s rot.

i had the 7 units of 7 that i wanted and i had 66 points left over, so i gave them plague swords and daemonic strength.

if i go back to the original champ setup, like the ones in the havocs, what do you think i should do with the 66 points?

You can give them Daemonic Visage, or boost up the Lord. Or, get a Rhino just in case for those missions that do not allow infiltrate.

Also, the Plague Swords cost the same as the Power Fists. So I am not sure by what you mean.

I like this list, but as IWwSA has said, chuck the plague swords unless you're facing tyranids. That's the only time it's worth it, to kill TMCs and raveners, warriors etc. Manreaper lord's always nice, i've always thought that was better than all of the other daemon weapons (heresy! Burn the Thousand Sons tactica-man who said Nurgle was better!), but i'd take the nurgle's rot off of him - i've never seen that work.
As for the rest of the army - well, it's fantastic! It seems pretty much perfectly balanced, although you could do with a bit of long ranged firepower - although that's not very Death Guard fluffy, so maybe just stick with what you have - well done, this is a very nice army list!
The only difference between tattooed people and non-tattooed people is that tattooed people are awesome and can kick your ass.

long range isn't death Guard at all, the fact of not being able to take lascannons, missile launcher's heavy bolters or autocannons. :-D

the plague swords are out for power fists and i like nurgle's rot. if it kills one space marine, it pays for itself 3 times over.

with regards to nurgles rot not working, it really depends on what you are fighting. If you are fighting against marines all the time i would agree. If on the other hand you are fighting agianst 'nids or orks, it works wonders.

the rot gets effective when you get 2 in, like an aspiring champion and a lord, that's alot of dice.

I think you might want some flamers for horde control, maybe a unit of havocs with 4 or psome plague marines with 2.

    why teleport homers?

Hang on - Nurgle's rot is only a third of a marines cost? Wow! I thought it was 10pts! That's opened me up to a whole new world of rottiness - i'll be using that in my LatD army when i get around to it! In that case, keep it - i believe you roll a dice for every model in range, don't you? So it could get nasty with a Lord that will stay in combat for a while and get a lot of rolls for it.
