umm well there is not much i ca say about this list except melta bombs are only good in large numbers ad i personally dont go fro spiky bits. i would give him daemonic visag to make them fall back easier and hopefully run them down.
    amazing army list!

thanks. i know what you mean about visage-but i like the re-roll-ill test both out and see whats what.
the melta bombs are just to fill up 5 points in case my lord comes across a tank-would hate for it to get stuck without the ability to kill it.

however-dropping the melta bombs would allow me to take visage...choices choices

    cheers for the advice.

upon playtesting-the tac squad wassnt getting used, and the flamer unit was not as effective as hoped.

upon dropping them both i can buy 5 more daemonettes and another 3 man bike squad-and a few more pieces of wargear for the lord

the list looks quite nice, but there are a few things...

-daemonette's on steeds aren't worth their points, i'd much rather use plague bearers
-a larger csm squad would be nice, with a plasma gun and a missile launcher for anti tank
-drop the obliterator for more marines
-one bike squad has a power sword and one has a power fist, how are they the same points?

youre quite right-the power sword squad costs 5 points less-but the final total is correct.
sorry for the confusion-copying and pasting

the reason ive gone for steeds is to get the bike squads 24 boost first turn-3+invulnerable then summon daemons on them-the steeds will be able to 6 then fleet then 12 inch charge, so they should be on the other side of the board and amongst the ranks hopefully tying up a squad, and 20 rending attcks on the charge is pretty good.(also im avoiding nurgle as im coming from a death guard army so felt like a change )

im actually dropping the csms totally as hey havent been making it into battle at all, and my obliterator is dealing with a tank or two before he goes-if he goes at all.
i will try dropping the obliterator in favour of a small csm squad and maybee a squad of daemonettes as well-maybee 7-9 marines and will let you know what works best

    cheers for the help.

oh ok, i like that plan with the steeds.

just watch out they don't get swarmed by other squads.

yeah-but its hard for them to strike first as theyre at -1 initiative because of warp scream.

it works well overall, im just working on n army list with 10 chosen bikers atm....
