On the Prince, swap the armour for Aura. A 5+ invuln will do you more good than a 2+ will, IMO. With the extra five points, buy a Collar of Khorne. Also pony up the 1 point for a CCW.
You know that the Oblits are the only thing keeping you from becoming a World Eaters army and getting their benefits? I'm not saying to drop them, just making sure you're aware that technically, you're playing a Black Legion/DIY army.
I'd split the zerkers into two groups of six each. Smaller groups allow for more chances at the Blood Rage roll, and allow you more tactical options than one large group does. The Champs really need a power fist... you're going to run in to all types of problems if you don't give him one. I also don't see the point of the Terminator armour on the second Champ. Well, I know there's a point, but is it worth 19 points?
The Bloodletters are good, just remember you're not getting the +1 to summoning rolls since you have the Oblits.
The Bikers aren't allowed to take Melta guns. Also, the Champ should have a Power Fist, but unlike the zerkers, it's not a necessity.
Until today, I have never seen anyone even consider the Lascannon approach on the Defiler. Since you're going to be firing the Battle Cannon, you won't be able to fire the lascannons. So every round, you've either wasted the 25 points for the Indirect fire, or you've wasted the 30 points for paying for Lascannons.
The Zerkers are going to be led around by Rhinos, slavering like idiots and banging their axes uselessly against the armour. Dreads will eat the units alive. Powerfists, man!
Which of your champs is the Daemonhost? He could do with some Chains to keep the Bloodthirster in line.
That's all I can think of at the moment.
