Here is my first thousand sons list. Darius will be with one of the 1K sons squads, tha defiler will stand in a corner and fire indirect at the enemy

Well, I guess you are not aming to make a 843 point list, so there are I guess room for something extra.
First D. Str and Powerweapon for the lHQ is as many point sas the Darkblade wich will grant an additional +1 Strength, so change. Give him Aura too.
The Champs will need Powerfists if they are going anywhere close to the enemy.
I would have one squad specialiced on CC, the one with Darius. Give the Champ another spell (Wind/Gift ).
Keep the other unit footslogging across the board with Bolt of Change and Thralls (+ Powerfist of course). You might still have points enough for a second Lt to join the foot sloggers, give him Bolt of Change and Thralls too.
There is nothing wrong with Doombolt irt's a great spell but IMO it works best when used by the Flamers.
My only really thought is why are you using rhino's... i've never seen an Thousand Sons players actually do that. That would free up 100 points that could be for demons. What point value are you aiming for also? Since it would be easier to give advice if we knew.
I am not a huge fan of doombolt at all, mainly because its range is 18 and that's not even a bolter, and since your shooting bolters you want a range 18+ spell. Bolt of change is great.. i think you should be working it in somehow.
In small games under 1500 pts you don't need to indirect fire a Defiler, maximize its range by deploying in a corner. Plus indirect makes you minimum 36.. and in a 1000 pt game your likely playing on a 4x4 table...that's 48 inches.

You need more troops and thats obvious. You have two squads and a HQ, without a retinue, thats just 19 models bar the defiler. Lose the rhino's, or at least one of them, get another squad to acompany your HQ.
Decide which tasks your going to give each sqaud (fire power, cc, magic) and then equip them accordingly. Make more use of your sorcerers with the extra points you have left as well. Should be fun to have the defiler blowing things away and having your HQ and the two Sorcerers dishing out some magic. Make use of the sorcerers tho, they are the strong points of the army.
