Alright, lets see what I can do. Before I get to the list, welcome to LO! If you haven't already then read the rules/faqs located here:
Also, don't post twice in a row. Use the edit function. It's a little gray pencil in the bottom right hand corner of your post.
Now to the list...I added it up according to your calculations and it came out to 1887pts. With those pts, lets give you a relativiley cheap Chaos Lord.
Well, you need a lord and you have 113 pts, so I'd suggest the following or similar to it:
Chaos Lord (Daemon Prince) - 110 points.
He's fast (up to 24 inch assaults), S5/T4 with 4 base attacks, 5 on the charge. He has a 3+/5+ save. He's pretty cheap and quite effective. If you didn't want to go with D. Stature, then here's another lord to consider:
Chaos Lord - 102 points.
Close Combat Weapon
Quick; T5 and 3 wounds keeping him alive for quite a while. He has 4 base attacks that ignore armor saves. Pretty basic, yet still effective against enemy infantry.
With both of these prince's, try to avoid souped up enemy HQ's, C'tan's, or anything of the like because he will probally die to them unless he has help.
You could also go for a more cheap and shooty Chaos Lord build. If you wanted to, you would probally include D. Flight, Kai Gun and some other assorted upgrades.
Iv'e never seen much plain Chosen really. If someone uses Chosen, they tend to make them Chosen Terminator Champions or Chosen Terminators. They look like a pretty shooty unit to me with the Plasma Guns and Bolters, but if you were ever thinking about using them for CC then switch the Bolters to CCW's and Bolt Pistols.
Looks pretty good, but adding in maybe 2 more marines per squad would help them survive.
I'd comebine them into 1 squad of 12, or add 2 more Bloodletters in each squad. This is because if you drift out of assault range you'll get shot at so you don't want to be dwindled down to 1-4 Bloodletters before you assault. Also, against other CC oriented squads only 6 won't fair to well.
You need to max out the number of heavy weapons possible to take in those Havoc squads! Cut down on the Chosen and add in more heavy weapons. I'd suggest 2 more ML's per squad.
Indirect Fireing Defiler's tend to work pretty well. I'd probally stick this behind cover and blast away. Just make sure to not fire to near your troops because you don't want it drifting into your own units!
Anyway, goodluck! Overall it's a pretty solid list.

thx 4 Your reply.
i use so meny chosens becouse i don't have free slots in troops ;]
havock sqads allready use max number of heavy weapones. 2xAC and 2xML each.
i was thinking about drop Defiler and throw in 4 marines 4 bloodletters and dred whit plasmacannon but i'm not shure..
Oops, I didn't see the 2x AC's.havock sqads allready use max number of heavy weapones. 2xAC and 2xML each. That sounds like a good idea.i was thinking about drop Defiler and throw in 4 marines 4 bloodletters and dred whit plasmacannon but i'm not shure..
Alpha Army 2000pts
I like your list, assault with Bloodletters and Assassins, shoot with the rest. Nice mix! I also like the fact that with Infiltrate in play, only your Defiler will initially deploy.
I would give the Lascannon squads MoCU.
Why a Combimelta for the Cultist Champions. They only get to fire once as a Melta, and with the rest being Pistol armed, the Bolter won’t get to fire. Maybe Meltabombs would be better.
Lord: why not lose an AC from one of the Chosen, replace him with a Lt. without the Mutation, but maybe with Resilience, Aura or Armour and Visage.
The remaining points can then be used to get more Bloodletters or CSMs.
Hope this helps
isn't 8 bloodletters overkill?
combimelta is good becouse if i'm lucky destroy it can instantkill marine HQs or destroy tank. i can't take meltabomb only for champion
what do u think guys about this HQ:
Not really. I find 8 to be the best squad size for my games.isn't 8 bloodletters overkill?Im not sure what WoC means so for now im gonna ignore it tell I have a chance to check my codex...Lieutenant 115pts
He's pretty good, exept he needs some way for ignoring armour saves. Maybe give him a power weapon. Also, he could use another attack so a CCW or bolt pistol would help.
Wind Of Chaos - flamer template allways wounds on 4+ ignor armor saves
No ones mentioned this yet, but unless you plan on taking one of these squads as a retinue for your lord / lieutenant, you may only field one squad of chosen. Seeing as your going for infiltrating plasma, your probally going to want a lord more tuned for shootyness, and as such I'll sugest the following options for your army.Originally Posted by bedlak

both have some high powerd shootyness, and can pack a punch in CC if need be.generally, you shoudn't be mixing heavy weapons and special weapons in the same squad. by taking the LC, you will lose out on your plasma / bolter shots if your shoting at a bigger vehicle or something past plasma range. Where as the LC will loose effectiveness vs infintry, or if you want to move the squad.Originally Posted by bedlakother then the combi melta, which has already been mentioned these guys are solid. I would recomend a power weapon instead of the combi-melta, and make sure your guys have assassins.Originally Posted by bedlakIf you relly wanted to lay the smack down on the MEQ's, you could drop the defiler, and get another squad of 8 havocs loaded up with 4 plasma guns for an extra 5 points.Originally Posted by bedlak
