I'm assuming your game plan is to infiltrate everyone approximately 12 to 18 inches away from the oponent forces, when possible.
I'm building a completely all infiltrating list too, and I have to say, the thought of a defiler, and that nice big template drifting right over one of my precious squads really gave me the willies. With indirect fire, that's 2d6 scatter, and after the first turn, you're guaranteed to have everyone in close proximity of the enemy. Perhaps other more experienced chaos players will say I'm just being paranoid, but I think the threat of one bad roll friendly fire-nuking one of your squads is something we can all agree on trying to avoid.
Instead of the defiler, perhaps getting that last oblit and splitting/adding to the cultist squad to have 2 squads of as big as it can go might be a good idea, or even giving a cultist squad melta bombs as a cheap and effective way to deal with really nasty tanks(or even better, killing drednaughts 15 attacks, hitting on 4s, 2d6+8pen BOOM!).
