Plague Marine squad* 6
6 plague marine squads of 6+1 asp champ with powerfist and all with bolters
2 Chaos Predators
2 predators with autocannon mount and lascannon sponsons
Plague Marine havocs
1 squad of 6+1 asp champion , 4 plasma guns rest bolters :/
Possed nurgle marines
1 squad of 6+1 asp champion, possed nurgle marines with daemonic talons
Chaos lord + Retinue with furious charge
manreaper the manraper
now im only just getting back into 40k, ive played 2 games with other people so yea :/ what ive come up with might need some tuning, but i do want to play pure nurgle.
You might want to put the possesed in a transport or they will end up as a pile of dead mush befor they get to the emeny.Otherwise a good army.
Lord of the nurgalings
Well, it's not such a big deal with this army, since his entire army foot slogs and has no infiltration. So they'll arrive at the same time as everything else, which is okay.Originally Posted by Mortarion
That being said, I still think they're a liability. They just don't really fit with the rest of the army. Your army seems to be geared around shooty, but that unit is pure CC.
Does the Lord have Furious Charge as well? He should, I just don't see it listed. Also, drop the Mutation in favour of Spiky Bits.
If you up the Retinue size by one, you'll get a free Aspiring Champion upgrade and can fit in two Reaper Autocannons, which are excellent weapons. Also get at least one Chainfist into the unit.
Your Plague Marine squads would benefit from special weaponry. Meltaguns would be key, since you're a bit light on anti-tank.
Personally, I think your army is too slow to react to the battle. I would drop the Possessed and use the points to do the changes I suggest, and if you have points left over, see about adding Infiltration to a squad or two for early tie-up units.
it says six squads of six plague marines plus 1 AC so yea he has 6 troops i think thats enough.Originally Posted by Snolb
