Before everyone beats me up for not having infiltrate on everyone and his dog, I'm trying an army without it.

Basically, the Lieutenant is going to fight a guerilla battle against the enemy, using his range to stay out of harm's reach. His objective is to lure the enemy into the marching CSMs who have enough of everything to fend off most threats. The key thing in this fight for me is AP.
The reason I want my CSMs together, is that my opponent is incredibly good at commanding his forces in unison, and very very good at using the Acts of Faith.
The noise marines will be there for any tankbusting and general mayhem. Also because I like them.
Any ideas what I should spend the final 25pts on? Maybe a power weapon for the lieutenant?

Looks Pretty Solid, just wondering, what's the TPhomer for? I don't see any Termi Armour...

Edited the list heavily.
Sorry for bumping it. Your thought would be most welcome.
Also sorry to Aether moose who's comments now make no sense. But I know what he meant.. honest
I thought that the kai gun had the same range as a bolter? I guess it's good for the AP but an ether lance is just as nice.... Expect to see some pretty good firepower in a witch hunters army too. 4 retributors with heavy bolters is not uncommon, along with exorcists, penitent engines etc. Make sure the Lt has some protection- drop flight and have him in one of the squads. If he flies forward too far to get into a good firing position he could easily find himself exposed. Watch out, dn't get yourself caught off guard with him.
I have a Kai gunned Lt, although he's Slaaneshi this might be something to consider:
Lieutenant: MoS, Kai Gun, Power weapon, D strength- 105pts
Same as yours, but with a little more versatility. Sure, he can't get up close as quickly, so he needs to go with a squad; gives him some protection. If I'm playing defensively, then he can wait by one of the flanks, counter-attacking with his power sword once the enemy reaches my lines.
As for the havocs, try putting them in the rhino with 4 plasma guns. I'm sure I've said this elsewhere, but being able to drop out of their transport and unload 8 () plasma shots isn't to be sniffed at. Maybe even put the Lt in with them for some extra carnage? At the moment, the blastmasters aren't in keeping with your wish for high AP; they don't have enough punch to get through power armour on either setting, even if the heavy 1 shot has high strength. This isn't fantasy, we don't get save modifiers here
Monsieur Cartier, do you mean 8 plasma shots?
On that note, I miss the good old days when I could unload, rapid fire, and assault from a rhino. You could hit the enemy from both flanks and when they inevitably broke ... anyway, you get the idea. Not allowed in 4th ed.

You actually have to think about what you're going to do before you do it, rather than rush forward, shoot what you like, assault someone else and genreally make a mess of your opponents battleline. Unless you play WE, then you don't have to think about anything either.
Thank you one and all.
I have 25 pts free remember, so I might simply give the guy either an ether lance or a power weapon.
I'm keen to have flight on him mainly becuase I have a (I think anyway) really nice model for it.
Thanks for the advice about the blastmasters. I totally agree with what you're saying, and i may try a squad with that set up, it'll be cheaper than the masters too. Although, what I like about blast masters is their flexibility. and it's a strength 8 blast template meaning, even with MEQ armour, surely the amount of hits inflicted will mean some damage is done.....
But your point about AP is spot on... maybe i should take the havocs out and stick a predator in or something?... Taking out the blast master will make it a lot cheaper. Equally, including a Slaaneshi HQ might make things interesting too.
Hey Karmoon, if you haven't had this battle yet, I would suggest the following against WH.
DP- stature, dreadaxe, aura, speed extra ccw. cheap and effective. Those stupid invulnerable invoking A-holes won't know what hit them. One of the most aggrivating things I've come acorss when playing WH is the 2+ invul from the cannoness and other HQ's, its really, realy annoying when one cheap character with a power weapon out-lasts multiple 8 man CSM squad with powerfist.
W/D/L Eleventy trillion billion/NONE/ NONE - I am STILL rulezor!
WINDMILLS DO NOT WORK THAT WAY!
Wait a sec, I did not know that 2+ invulnerable saves existed in 40k.
