    Alright, I would suggest drpping the Daemonic armor and aura. The Crozius confers an invulterable, and since he's a independent character, he really shouldn't be shot at much, and things that will pose a threat against him will ignore that nice 2+ armor anyhow.
    Pick up daemonic speed for the infiltrate/speed combo for flank-hitting.
    If you want to keep the same points(roughly) pick up daemonic mutation as well.

    LOC is pretty nice but this makes your list pretty top-heavy, consider witholding him until 2000 pts.
    Its mainly just my personal preference when I build lists to keep my total HQ costs undero 10% of the list because they are big targets that everyone wants to kill so make it a non-issue when they DO die.

    12 marine squads are a bit hefty for infiltrating squads, 8 is plenty in the squads.
    pick up an additional 8-man squad with it the freed up points.
    Melta bombs are un-necessary on the ACs they will only really be useful when you come upon a stationary vehicle(how often do you really) I'd rather take 4 swings with a powerfist than one shot with a melta-bomb.

    Instead, give them ALL frags becuase you will be counting on them to be summoning your daemons and your daemons will be counting on them to support them in assault(they'll need it)

    I would also consider dropping that 2-plasma gun squad down to 6 guys, with no AC, make them a cheap speed bump, they will most likely fry themselves out by the end of the game anyhow. It works pretty well.

    with the changes above you should be able to scrounge the points to split that 10-daemonette squad to 2x6 daemonettes, and if you have more points, to 3x6 daemonettes

    I'd leave the dread at home, you can find a better way of spending those points, as the only vehicle in the army, it will blow up long before it can do anything, since any and all anti-tank weapons will shoot at it because they have nothing else to shoot at.

    the havocs on the other hand, should pick up tank hunters and drop MoCU(they can be un-makred) and they SHOULD be 8-strong, if you have 4 HWs, its a good idea to include an equal number of meat shields with them so when they take casualties(and they will) they can still fight with un-diminished capacity.

    So, overall, I would say this army really needs some mobility and more anti tank.
    you have one squad of havocs(once they're filled out appropriately)
    I suggest the following:
    3x obliterators, cheap effective and always, always ALWAYS worth their points.

    a 7-man squad of raptors, 2x meltaguns, furious charge,MoCU an AC with power weapon, BP, FC and D.strength. This is a great squad that will really hunt those Monsterous creatures and high AV tanks for you when the rest of your force is off doing something else.
