Might want to consider giving your rhino squads infiltrate instead of the rhino. Seems to work better for me.

I second the infiltrate instead of a rhino, I generally don't like rhinos, as they are easy to destroy with just about any weapon.
May I suggest an Autocannon turret instead of a lascannon one? 2 las shots is just as good as 3, and the added shooty versatility makes it very worth it.
Please take away the pintle bolter on your Predator, it is a waste of points. your Predator should never be 24 inches away from any opponent, and so you should not have it. Shoot the guys from a distance with your big guns. Try to fit in daemonic possesion too, it is a very useful upgrade that will save you a lot of grief in all your games.
your havocs don't need a cc aspiring champion, their autocannons were not meant for close combat. instead try to get two more models in there. A ratio of two wounds per heavy weapons works very well for keeping them alive from any unwanted shots. Give the extra marines bp and ccw so that if they do get into cc they at least have a couple extra attacks. I'm not completly sure how much infiltrate helps havocs with long range weapons like that either. If they were meltas the infiltrate would help, but getting a 48 inch weapon closer to the enemy only lets them get to you faster.

And Infiltrate is too easy to counter - all you have to do is play a mission that doesn't use the Infiltrate special rule, and bam - your once ultra-mobile army just turned into a footslogging list with no means of getting up the board quickly.

One of the things I'd suggest here - not to drop the Rhinos - but make another squad Infiltrating. As it is, you only have two small squads Infiltrating, unsupported.

Also, you can't give more than one Veteran Skill to a Marked model unless it specifically states that the models in question get X Veteran Skill and it doesn't count against the total number (i.e., Infiltrate for Alpha Legion and Night Vision for Night Lords).
