I talked about the fluff for this list here and after agonizing over variations have finally decided to post it up for comments.
The models I'll be using for this list will be mostly Sisters and possibly some marines if I can't convert sisters onto bikes to my satisfaction (In which case the bikers will have deamonettes riding with them)
Here are the Joybringers (v1.1)
All units have MoCU and Unit Icons
Chaos Lord - Flight, Kai Gun, Personal Icon 120
CSM squad w/ Infiltrate 197
- 7 Marines (5 bolters, 2 Meltaguns)
- 1 Aspiring Champ w/ Deamonvessel with Chains
CSM squad w/ Infiltrate 164
- 7 Marines (5 bolters, 2 Meltaguns)
- 1 Regular Marine with CCW/BP (This is a decoy deamonvessel since both squads will look identical)
4x6 Deamonettes 90 each
8 Bloodletters 208 (Using Repentia models)
6 Furies 90 (Deamonettes with wings or maybe seraphim with deamonette parts) fixed
CSM Bikes 264
- 5 Bikes with 2 melta guns, frags
- AC with powerfist, frags
Heavy These conversions will be a pain to pull off
Havocs w/ Tank Hunters 224
- 8 marines with 4 autocannons, 4 bolters
Havocs w/ Tank Hunters 168
- 6 marines with 3 Missile Launchers, 3 bolters
2000 points even
31 Models in Powered Armor
6 Marines on Bikes
38 Lesser Demons
1 Greater Demon
76 models total

Looks like you're taking advantage of many of the chaos attributes. The biggest concern you should be that you only have one icon in your ENTIRE ARMY that I could see, and it is on your chaos lieut. How do you plan on utilizing all of your daemons w/ only one icon? Even if you put icons in your troops and on the bikes, it's still not enough at this point mark. There is a serious threat of losing all of your icons before your daemons are summoned. At the 2000 point mark, it's very possible for a shooty army (such as Tau or I.G.) to literally kills all of your troops by the second (maybe even the first) round.
Also, at the 2000 point mark, you really need to find a way to max out the heavy weapons for your second havoc squad. They also desperately need at least 8 marines to help absorb the incoming fire.

Heya right back Fable. Here's my thoughts on the list, man. I like the idea of angelic chaos marines, nice dichotomy.
Looks pretty good.
W/D/L Eleventy trillion billion/NONE/ NONE - I am STILL rulezor!
WINDMILLS DO NOT WORK THAT WAY!
Good list, but not to be bitchy, that Lord is just...bland...and useless. Thats just me.
Argh ,theyak beat me to it.
I think you can drop some of the Bloodletters and increase the numbers of Demonettes. You'll find that the 'Letters are so vicious you probably don't need more than a unit of 5, and Demonettes are relatively weak on their own, so you'll want lots to ensure as many attacks as possible become rending.
Furies: I would suggest against them. Though they're fast, they don't have a gimmick in cc like the Bloodletters or Demonettes do, and they count as Fast Attack anyway. You'd be better off with more Demonettes.
I know you've got their sacred numbers going, but I don't think that helps in WB lists (though I might be wrong - my 'dex is hundreds of miles away at the moment!). Even so, I've found that you often want to wait a few turns for the demons to appear, rather than going for the bomb as soon as possible.
I think the Lord should be more tooled for cc than he is. While the Kai gun is a powerful weapon, I'd rather give him a power fist or a power weapon instead.
Tank Hunters would be a valuable veteran skill to give your autocannon-toting Havocs. That way, their weapons will be as effective as krak missiles against tanks (except that dang Monolith of course!).
Thanks for the input folks!
Maybe my formatting made it easy to miss but I started off with "All units have MoCU and Unit Icons" Also, My CSM squads have Infiltrate and my Havocs have Tank Hunters.
With respect to the Lord. Yeah, I really don't have much of a plan for her. It was leftover points and I figured a shooty flying unit for finishing off stragglers and providing some elusive summoning might be useful. The list originally had a Fallen Chaplain on Bike with CUrsed Crozius, but the points got tight.
Oops on the placement of the Furies in the FOC. They were a last second change that I really don't have much reason for other than flavor. They might go back to being Deamonettes anyway.
I'm not attached to sacred numbers, but my theory is that the dancing ladies are shock troops that will die quickly, but the 'Letters are basically marines and therfore will live to charge again.
One thing that scares me is I have only one unit that can even glance a monolith.
I wouldn't worry too much about the Monolith, or heavy armor in general. It's tough to make them earn their points back if you are clever and stay out of their way. The trick with fighting one of these mosters is concentrating on what will win you the game - that means killing Necron troops and taking/holding objectives. My Word Bearer army had even less to hurt the Monolith, but I never had problems as long as I focused on winning the game rather than killing all the enemy's units. One thing that scares me is I have only one unit that can even glance a monolith.
For their points, furies are the best daemon in the game. I'll stand by this statement, and no doubt, you'll hear other people on this forum agree.

That being said about Furies, is 6 enough? I expect the 'nettes to die quickly after their first assault, but the Furies might actually need to be a larger unit. I could downgrade the Lord to a Lt...
I know this list will do well in heavy cover. I'm still concerned about attacking Iron Warriors that are dug in though.
Once I get into playtesting, I can see about Bloodletter squad size, but to me, they are essentially a space marine assault sqaud with better weapons, but slower. I intend them to make it through a few fights and even claim an objective.
If only 'nettes had fleet...
