Well after much debate on which army i am going to end up playing
I have decided to have commisioned 10 Chosen and A lord
But before i finalise this decision I thought i may get a few views on it.
Just keep in mind the army is designed to be fun playing. possibly fluffy
and its sole purpose is for some interesting painting and a list like no other.
And is armed with 2 lightning claws
2 sqauds of 5
The intire list is 1500
Me, Ambivalent? Well, yes and no.
It will be a Slaughter!!!
Yours probably, but a fun list.
Daemonic Speed would serve your units better than flight, as it will provide you with the first turn charge.
These kinds of lists usually include more power weapons and for good reason. Since you're investing so many points in such a small number of units, you'll want to hit has hard as possible. You'll need at least three more power weapons and maybe as many as six.
Drop counter charge. You're virtually guaranteed to get the charge. This will save your points for power weapons.
You could also give your chosen the MoCU in order to summon daemons. This would enable your to drop your two basic chaos marine squads (which aren't doing anything) and take two units of daemonettes or furies.
Spambot kill tally. . .337
If you're going that far, you may as well go the whole hog.
Take MoS wherever possible.
A good alternative if you do this is too give your HQ the lash of torment too. Thus you can attach him to a squad and have a hidden death dealing HQ.

Six Power Weapons?
He's got 11! Well, 22 sort of...Lightning Claws are Power Weapons.
Okay, so basically, you've got 10 Flying Chaos Terminators w/ Lightning Claws. Never mind that most Deathwing Armies have 2-3 times as many Terminators (who cost half or less what these guys do).
I'll agree with Rabbit, though. I think Speed would serve you better than flight 75%-80% of the time. As far as I know, you can't take those 3 Skills unless you're Alpha Legion, and I'll second the suggestion that Countercharge isn't worth it. I'll disagree with MoCU though, as it would mean only one skill unless you go AL and then they can't summon Demons anyway.
All that being said and assuming you're really willing to lose more than 100 VP for every Wound you take, I'm going to suggest the following list:
Alpha Legion -
2 Lightning Claws
3 squads of 5 CSM (Lascannons)
Total - 1496
The Melta Bombs are a waste. You never want these guys to charge a Tank. This list gives you 3 Lascannons to handle the Anti-Armour. They are never, ever going to get shot at in this list and should be able to cover all or most of the good fire lanes.
As an alternative, you could drop Mutation from all the Chosen (bringing them under 100 pts. each) and add a 4th Lascannon squad. This would leave enough points to give 3 of them MoCU or Infiltrate (all 4 if you drop 1 Frag from the Chosen).

Hmmmm Speed, im not sure if i would agree, Basically i dont see the difference, they either more 6 and charge 12 or move 12 and charge 6. The problem with speed that i see is that if im not in range of charging then i miss out on the extra 6 inches. please by all means explain may change my mind
Meltabombs, yeah im gonna ditch em, found out they were pretty useless
OracleBoyd, your list seems good, the lasscannons are a good idea, but im a bit amiss at where all the extra points came from
also you can take any amount of Vet skills as you want, that is of course if you are not alligned with any of the chaos gods
Karmoon, im not a fan of MOS, as good as it is for the I dropping i prefer other chaos gods and in the case of this list they dont have any marks, costs even more
Me, Ambivalent? Well, yes and no.
I never take more than 2 Skills, and forgot you could take more.
I think maybe your math was off. Your Chosen were 113 each. Dropping the Melta bombs and Counter charge saved 7 per, the frags make them 107 each. Speed is 5 points less on the Lord/Prince (one of the reasons many people prefer it). That change and dropping Countercharge frees up another 15. Adding the Frags to him makes for a total of 171. Total for the 2 units is 1241, leaving the points for 3 Lascannon squads.
If you like speed, by all means go with it. You'll only need to drop 1 Lascannon to a Rocket Launcher.
