    The lord would either stick with the termies as a massive counter-assault unit, or he would flit around on his own. Looking for opinions, i know it's low on AP, hence the dreadnought's guns. No idea on the last five spare points..

    Well, I like the concept of the army. Mobile gun line, with a heck of a lot of shots being pumped out.

    There are very few opponents id want to shoot with both a plasma cannon, and missile launcher. So id go with a lascannon instead, this dedicates them towards tank hunting or MCs.

    Ok, this squad needs a lot of work in my opinion.

    This squad least needs the ACs of all squads in the army. This is probably the only squad in which Id leave the AC naked.

    Next, id upgrade only 3 heavy weapons, this ensured plenty of body guards for the real firepower.

    All the other units should hold sonic blasts, placing this unit clearly as a fire support unit. The nice thing about the unit is it can stay mobile, or sit back and blast away are harder targets. Id remove tank hunters, as these weapons aren't that effective against armor.

    Plus the dreadnoughts are now more able to take down armor anyway.

    So far, this would save 63 points.

    Chaos Lord

    This guy seems excessively expensive for what hes doing. The squad is also slow, as is he, so I don't think furious charge will work much, plus he is essentially initiative 6 already.

    It would be cool if this model could represent the play style of the rest of army, that is, slowly moving forward, guns blazing. But thats pretty ineffective rules wise.

    I think something more like this might be just right:

    Chaos Lord: 151
    Demonic mutation, Demonic Fire, terminator armor, dark blade, close combat weapon, spikey bits. Mark of Slaanesh.

    This way, you've got 7 attacks on the charge, with a re-roll, all at strength 6. Plus you've got a ranged attack, and you save 64 points, which brings your total to 127.

    Looks pretty good, I might go with all Auto cannons however. Not sure if AC can have heavy weapons.

    Id remove the Aura, half the time it works for you, the other half against you. This is mostly a counter assault squad, which means the enemy probably charged you, as most armies are faster then this one. However, very few squads will win combat against this unit, so id just save the points, and hope things work your way.

    Now you've got nearly 140 points to play with.

    First you have a bunch of free apsiring champs, which you arent doing anything with. Seems like they should all at least have a power weapon, but you might consider removing one squad of them, and then replacing them with 2 squads of daemonettes.

    Daemonettes are pretty awesome, and would really help out cracking some targets, like wraith lords, or other things which will be difficult to break down with your normal fire power.

    Plus, it will defiantly make any opponent thing twice about rushing your lines.

    I suggest the following-
    2 ACs: demonic strength + power weapon.
    2 ACs: demonic mutation + powerfist.

    Not sure about the ranged weapon, id say keep it, since thats quite a lot of firepower.

    Deamonettes, 6 strong, 90, x2.

    you'd still have 26 points to play with, you could give all the apsiring champs Visage, and through another wound or toughness of the lord.
