First attempts at army list 1500

Hi all

I am just getting into chaos daemons and looking for advice on a first army list. Here is what I am thinking, any advice would be much appreciated.

HQ-220pts
2x HoT - Bolt, MoS, WaL, Chariot

Elite - 305pts
4x Bloodcrushers with full loadout

3x Flamers

Troop - 287pts
6x Pink Horrors - Bolts and Changling

5x Pink Horrors - Bolts

5 x Plaguebearers

Heavy - 690pts
3x DP - Flight, Gaze, Bolt

1502pts

Some variants I have considered are
1. Dropping the flamers for more troops or...
2. Dropping flight off all DP for another unit of flamers and unit of plaguebearers or...
3. Dropping the blood crushers for another flamers and plaguebearers.

This is what I have decided for my first list, since I have never played though I could use advice on how to split my waves other then splitting the Icons.
