I guess this doesnt belong here, but id like to point out that under the current ravening hordes list, earthshaker cannons are special. Check it out yourself: the only rare choice is bull centaurs

Earthshaker cannons are rare choices, maybe you have miss interpreted the ravening hoards page on the Gw website http://uk.games-workshop.com/chronicles/chaos-dwarfs/1/ .

Once a Rare choice, always a Rare choice. At least when the list hasn't changed one bit.

Besides, CD have an abundance of Special choices already: Elite infantry, war machines, Sneaky Gits, cheap&tough horde troops (Orc Boyz), etc.

I'd say it's actually better that the Earthshaker is a Rare choice. (As you won't need more than one anyway)
