currently in 8th they are unofficial so doubtful they could be used in a tournie but most stores would probably let u use them as long as you have your oponents consent
or just use WoC list for now with CD models that would work maybe

there is an unnoficial 7th ed indy gw rulebook that can be found online, most people allow its use, and its well balanced. il try and find a link for you, i got it in an email so short of me writing 60 pages of stuff up il try and find the link
Fantasy : Empire, Chaos Warriors, Chaos Daemons, Vampire Counts, Beastmen, High Elves, Lizardmen( but i have opinions on every army just not the money)
40k: Black Templars, Imperial Guard, Dark Eldar, Tau (thinking of Eldar)

For indy GT:
http://www.librarium-online.com/foru...warf-list.html (Indy GT Unofficial Chaos Dwarf list)
For ravening hordes old list

The list Collins names (indy) is at this time legal on more tourneys than the ravening hordes list. The creators are still working on their errata file for 8th.
