I have a simple question

Is the D6 wounds under the whole template or just under the
Hole?

I ask cause it says it fires like a stone thrower but the D6 is written
Like the D3 for the magma cannon witch is the whole template. I don't
Think it would be over powered if it is D6 for the whole template as this
Would offset the Lessing effect of the difficult terrain test for multi wound
Models.
