Q: does warptime allow you to role only the missed wounds and hits or does it only allow you to rerole all the dice reguardless of weather or not they hit?

Q: so if we say that if each player has a turn in one round, then if i have a non tzeench demon prince i can only cast warptime in either her turn or my own but not both?

1: The rules say ANY to-Hit or To-Wounds rolls. If its advantagous to whiff and stay in combat, reroll away!

2: IIRC, a Psyker can use a Psychic power once per PLAYER turn, so you would use Warptime in both of your turns.

A:
Thus far, we have no specific answer. This has been hotly debated on the forums recently and different users feel different ways about it. Based on precedent, it seems possible as the Icon of Nurgle does indeed stack with the already modified Biker toughness. But the thinking goes both ways. Until GW releases an FAQ (these can be found on the GW website) for the new codex we will just have to wait and hope everyone uses their best judgment.

EDIT: It seems that currently GW is prepping the 40K world for the new rules edition for this summer. As far as rumors go, it seems that bikers will be receiving a cover save when they turbo-boost with this new rules set - So this won't be an issue for much longer.
might want to remove this post as its a cover save not a inv

Q. Is the 2007 Chaos codex the most recent?

Q. If yes, I've read through it and nowhere do I see that Plague Marines get Feel No Pain and Thousand Sons get AP3 Bolters. Where are these rules?

I'm including an image of the most recent chaos codex. It was released in 2007, and yes, it states on that Plague Marines have FNP & Thousand Sons have Inferno Bolters (i.e., AP3 bolters). It actually states this in more than one place.

Plague Marine reference: 38 & 97
Thousand Sons reference: 37 & 98
