but world bearers can, since they're a chaos undivided army.. for colours you could use the red colour and use more gold than on the chosen (the metal colour for WB is silver, isn't it?). maybe paint parts of the armour black or something. |

Sorcerer's need to get where they need to go quickly. My suggestion would be Daemonic Flight for that. Lightning Claws are great, cheap weapons. Besides that, Daemonic Aura is a must, and Resilience and Strength are always nice. Try to keep him cheap because Psychic powers are expensive. Flight is a must, though.

Why don't you have a look in the conversion corner of the GW store, in the Chaos marine section - theres a thousand sons terminator there converted from a grey knight terminator body that I used to base my lord on - maybe you could base your sorcerer on it.

Personally, if you are doing a Thousand sons army (and you have a lot of cash to throw around), a Sorcerer Lord on disc of Tzeentch accomponied by 5 chosen aspirings on Discs are very use ful for zipping around the battlefield. Equip them with Doombolts, Wind of chaos, Daemonic aura, power weapons and Daemonic Mutation you have a rock hard retinue. However, money and pointswise this is costly, so unless you are doing 2000 pts it wud not be worth it. However, Chuck in 2 defilers and 3 squads of 9 Thousand sons you got a killa army!
