I do not endorce sniffing anything.. apart from freshly baked cookies and maybe lasagne.

Riptor mentions an interesting thing with the Chaos Lord. I did indeed by the spac marine lord and then add spiky bits on him. Covered the eagle with frag grenades to make him look militant. I think i modified his back pack too.
I bit part ordered shrike's left arm (or maybe right) to equip him with double L.claws.
I green stuffed some mutations too. He looks unfriendly.

But i was wondering.. do we have to use GW prices? Can we not use some of the places that give 20-24% discounts? That would really help the mileage.

Given people like to invent their own BF and MF they are forgetting 1 simple aspect, it's only plastic.
There are never ever gonna be any metal models in either the BF or MF

yep... that's a major problem... if they remake chaos would be great to have more plastic model... a box like the space marrine comamnder one that let you equip your lord like you want, they could just put like demonic weapons, sorcerer or fighter body, cool head and a cape, tadam. Also make Terminator into Plastic like SM, make ruinous powers into plastic, only demons, flying guys with melta and greater demons would be metal.

Yea I know, I thought of that, but hey it's a wish list right. Putting in just space marines, bikes and tanks is boring and lame for a chaos box. Everything else, particularly the unique chaos stuff, is metal. Deamons, oblits, raptors, havocs are all metal.

I also makde a choas lord converted from the space marine commander box. That is an amazing kit and I would LOVE to see the same done for chaos. I put some green stuff on this cloak to change it, filed off the purity seals and GS some spikes, and used a chaos helmet. I made a combi bolter from two chaos bolters, and used a chaos powerfist. I made a converted backpack for him too, but the normal metal chaos lord backpack would work.
