Welcome to Librarium Online!
I'm sure some of you have seen the LorenzWHFB engine and I'm sure some of you have had some fun with it and even had some serious games using it.
If you're yet to see it, you can find it%2

Pretty obvious, my registered name is jimmyboy.
So Sayeth Jimmy boy
For anyone who hasn't had a chance to try this out yet, it's a blast - what a brilliant thing to be able to experiment with army lists so easily. :party2I love this smiley).
I'm registered on the site as "CyricTheMad" and pretty much the same guidelines that Stoney posted apply - that is, please don't be offended if I don't accept your request to watch a game.
Let's start seeing some battle reports!
Arklite as always. :C
i reckon that using msn or even L-O's PM service to give eachother loose analysis of eachothers use would be a good idea. leave out magic items and the likes. just unit numbers and points costs. we don't want people cheating after all ^_^
spambot kill tally: 79
[16:19] <@Alzer> Arky's right though
[16:20] <@Kaiser-> I know he is.
[16:20] <@Kaiser-> He usually is.
[16:20] <@Kaiser-> Sometimes it's intentional.
[00:01] <+zubus> i love you, ya skirt wearin nothern monkey! ^_^
Good point Arky. Generally I'm only going to use it to play people I know and trust
Woo i was waiting for this to pop up. I finally belong in a Clan
Not like you need to guess, but im on there as Deceiver if anyone hadn't assumed that already. If I can find a way to change my name ill add [LO] to it.
If anyone wants a game im on LOchat most of the time when im at home, or feel free to PM me. On top of the votewar this gives me another chance to test my beasts out before i but and paint them all.
See you around guys, happy gaming
Edit: just bought it up in LO chat, but would anyone else be interested in having a tournement run on here? Like votewar possibly but you actually get to play, or we could do a scenario campaign, sort of mighty empires style?
Stoney and I have started talking about this - the logistics of it will be a little tricksy, with the length of the games and varying time zones, etc., but I think it would be a lot of fun.
A map-based campaign would be fun, but we'd have to limit the scope of it. That is, if we had a map-based game with 18 armies, we'd all be on top of each other way too quickly.
Hey just wanted to let everyone know I'm registered on the site as well under Spector of course. Feel free to ask for a game or help getting to know the site anytime I've free. Also if I'm in a game, feel free to come watch if you want, I won't turn anyone away.
As for a sort of campaign, that would be tough if it was anything larger than 1k or 1.5k. The 2 x 2000 point games I've played have both lasted well over 3-4 hours just because everything can't be done as fast as it can be on the tabletop. A 1k game however can be done in prolly under 2 hours if everyone is familar with the site and moves quickly.
Ahh good to see you here Spec, finder of the great online fantasy! (well you introduced me to it atleast, and for that i am grateful)
Games wise my beasts have been doing quite well, up until my connection cus out and i cant get back online to finish a game. But Bro Tib has handed me the 2 unfinished games, I got some lucky Ld rolls and my beasts rip through zombies fast. Also a victory against Chaos, but again my opponant had to leave so we didnt exactly finish.
The one thing i have noticed is that games take a while, and thats not great when your connection is as bad as mine and randomly decides to disconnect. But that wont stop me using it, i like not having to go to my local store just to play the same armies again.
