Do the Warp Spiders (NOT the aspect warriors but the spiders) live in the webway? the infinity circuit? or both?

Everything I remember reading says they only live in the webway.

Not to break up Lord Links question, but is it possible to have a chaos army that are so screwed up that they think they are seving the emperor? even if they are fought by loyal SM armies, they still think that they are delivering His richousness? just wondering, i had a epifinany (sp) for some army fluff, but i will never play SM, never :shifty:

Quite a few legions think that what they are doing is for the betterment of mankind. It would be quite easy to make up a chaos army that believes Roboute Guilliman was wrong. He was only a primarch after all and several loyalist chapters think the concept of the Imperium is wrong (Imperial Fists fought against the formation of chapters).

This army would believe Roboute Guilliman and the Inquisition are twisting the will of the emperor for their own benefit. This chaos legion could then be devoted to fighting the Space Marines and the Inquisition.

Just don't give them to many daemonic mutations though and cut back on the daemons a little.

Edit: oh and Ghandi PMed me asking for info on the Harakoni Warhawks. I only know what was in the codex so if someone could please send him something about the harakoni.

LordLink is on the money. There are rumours going around that the whole Heresy was a conspiracy in order to get the Emperor to realise his empire was rotting, and the loyal primarchs covered it up. There's an article about this somewhere in the forums, search for "The truth about the Heresy!" or a phrase like that.

And Warp Spiders must exist within the Infinity Matrix too, as they act like white blood cells of the craftworld; a foreign body is swarmed by the things, and they're also reported in some second edition fluff to be present within the Dome of Crystal Seers, which is not necessarily connected to the Webway. I think they travel via the wraithbone core of the ship, because (I think) they are made out of wraithbone themselves, although my memory could be playing tricks on me.

I agree with Xerxes on the subject of those spiders. They are described as being made of crystal so they might be created by the psychic resonnance from Eldar souls in the Infinity circuit or by Wraithbone. Maybe a combination of both?

If I remember correctly, they're sentient creatures in their own right, that just live solely in the Infinity Circuit.

They are made of the same material (crystal?) as the Infinity Circuit, as far as I can ascertain.

Well, I like all the little details that makes up the entire setting. And I love the setting. All small and different details makes the entire settinng lots better. So I guess I like all things that makes the whole thing better! :wacko:

I love to read all the intricacies and workings of the Inquisition.

Any story that has an Inquisitor piques my interest just about every time.
