Yo how's it going, I just realized that I've played Magic for about a decade. I prefer to play red and black though I have a really nice blue and green power deck and a black cleric deck that somehow works, really really well.

I like to build fun decks with really weird combos and cool cards case in point: Imagecrafter + Suleiman's Legacy = very roundabout way to get rid of creatures.

Hey Yoss how much mana does that infinite combo cost? I've seen a few infinite combos and never liked any of them. Except for black lotus, channel and fireball/blaze of course. Nothing beats the original, although that was just 20 damage, not quite infinite.

lol if you want truly unstoppable you play phage, 4 dark rituals, swamp, lightning greaves. 1 in a million chance of actually drawing it 1st turn but its the only thing thats truly unstoppable.

ITs not an infite manna combo. you just deal damage, draw a card, deal damage, draw a card... its unstoppable. Just make sure you have a 20+ card deck.

I meant how much do curiousity and whatsisname cost. Obviously its not free to put into play, there has to be some cost, if not for the ability then for the cards.

Niv is 2 Red, 2 Blue, 2 Colourless, and Curiosity, is about 2 or 3 (blue).

Niv Mizzet + Curoisty. --- what edition might those be in? Cause I deffinitly want to get
back into the magic game and I'm looking for good ranges to collect from.

Niv Mizzet is from the most recent Set "Ravnica: City of Guilds" Specifically, the block "Guildpact", and is worth about $15 and is rare. Curiosity is uncommon, 9th Ed at most recent release, and is worth about $2. ^_^

Sweet so is Ravnica an edition worth looking into? Just buy expansion packs and the like?

well some of the cards in the decks are good, but they all have different abilities, so you really cant combine and mix the decks, or i have had trouble at least



my brother had a good card, i believe it was called the Luxudon Elephant, but it gained
+2/+0 for every piece of equiptment that was attached to it, adn armed with the Luxudon Hammer (which gave you life equal to the damage you did to the other player)and soem of the other equipment that gave it first strike and trample, it was near unstopable
