Heh, sorry bout that Goblin! I didn't comment because I have yet to pick up a 5th edition rulebook =/. I'm in the process of buying a house, actually, so that's been sucking up a bunch of extra time and resources, leaving less time for our supremely enjoyable, and supremely expensive hobby T.T

However, I'll give you my admittedly less-than-qualified commentary on the list:

Probably the weakest unit in the army is probably the IST squad. They're weaklings in assault and not all that potent in the shooting phase, either. Since you've got your two minimum troops covered, you might look into replacing them with a Sisters squad with heavy flamer+flamer weapon loadout. You get better basic weapons, better armor, and a heavy flamer instead of the regular one, all for a meager 1 point per trooper. I'd probably keep them stock since you aren't going to have much/any faith, but just the basic Sisters are more potent than our ISTs. It looks like you'll need to find an extra 28 points or so, so I'd start with replacing the storm-bolters on your Acolytes with regular Bolters. That'll net you 18 points, and assuming you had 10 points left over already, that's all you'd need.

Overall though, it looks like a really fun list to play. I've been wanting to try out this kind of list since I heard about 5th edition template weapon changes, actually. And I've always been a fan of Holocaust, particularly with the new counter-attack-style moves in assault, and the new blast weapon rules (assuming Holocaust gets the hits-anything-touched-by-pie-plate rules).
