Alright I haven't bought anything yet. I HATE buying stuff i wont use so i like to look everything over a million times first. This is what i came up with after a quick overview.
Herald of Khorne - Daemonic Robes, Firestorm Blade - 150pts
Herald of Tzeentch - Disc, Flames of Tzeentch - 160pts
Herald of Slaanesh - Steed, Eytherblade, lv 2 spell caster - 215pts
Bloodletters - 14, Full Command, skull totem - 223pts
Daemonettes - 15, full command, banner of ecstasy - 235pts
Screamers - 3 - 90pts
Seekers - 9 - full command - 246
Flamers - 5 - 175
Daemonic Robes is a meh, I prefer Armor of Khorne and a Juggernaut. The best defense for Khorne units is to kill your enemy before he gets to swing, but a 0+ save is fine too.Herald of Khorne - Daemonic Robes, Firestorm Blade - 150ptsLore of Tzeentch is phail on Heralds. 2 high level spells you'll have trouble casting, Boon is wasted as you've only two spells to cast, and the others are ok. Master of Sorcery is about as good as it gets for gifts.Herald of Tzeentch - Disc, Flames of Tzeentch - 160ptsLooks good, but you can only have a maximum level of 1 for magic.Herald of Slaanesh - Steed, Eytherblade, lv 2 spell caster - 215ptsSkull Totem isn't all that good with all your speedy units to keep march blockers dead. Otherwise fine, though I prefer to run 6 wide (either 12 or 18 models). Also you can leave unit champions at home, too expensive I say.Bloodletters - 14, Full Command, skull totem - 223ptsAn excellent anvil unit that can crush the enemy with a well timed flank charge. I'd drop down to 12 and go 6 wide as you are going to sacrifice them anyway.Daemonettes - 15, full command, banner of ecstasy - 235ptsNice disruption unit.Screamers - 3 - 90pts9 is too much, you don't need ranks here. 5 is good, with a musician, standard, and the "no flee" banner. Messes up just about anything with the Herald in tow, use it in conjunction with the Ecstasy banner to ruin an enemy on the flank.Seekers - 9 - full command - 246So much win.Flamers - 5 - 175
After getting rid of the extra Seekers and lesser Daemons, you can field some Furies, give a chariot to your Tzeentch Herald (breaks ranks and flies!), and put your Khorne Herald on a Jugger with Armor of Khorne. That should give you more killing power, better magic, and some nice fliers to harass the enemy. If you want more killing power I'd definitely look into Flesh Hounds, they rock so much face it isn't funny.
In the armybook it says. the herald is a lv1 spellcaster, then again in the options it says upgrade to lv 1, so i figured that it was a misprint in mine or something and should have been lv. it doens't make sense.
Also with the daemon robes. I planned on using the bloodletters with the herald as a meatgrinder for the enemy's squishy stuff and the deamonettes or flamers killing their tougher stuff.

Bloodletters only have 1A, they work best messing up big scary things. Daemonettes rip light infantry apart, sending them against decently armored units is like throwing them away. For Khorne units the best defense is to have nobody left to hurt you, so go straight killy and armored and you'll be fine. Also with the daemon robes.
