I am not sure if there is enough Nurgle in the army to make profitable use of Epedemius. The problem I am having is trying to fit another unit of Plaguebearers w/ Herald into the army. There just does not seem to be enough points. Any comments and suggestions would be most welcome. Thanks.
If you're running Epidemius, it's best to go whole hog with Nurgle. Ku'Gath is ok, but with only level 1 he won't be getting many spells off. I prefer a normal level 4 GUO with Trappings.
You can fit in 2 Heralds and 2 blocks of PBs with enough room for some Furies, another compulsory unit, and some Nurglings/Beasts to fill out points.
Yeah, I think you are right. I really don't want to go all Nurgle. Just liked the idea of Ku'Gath chucking exploding Nurglings at people. Maybe I will just try and make something else surrounding him.
Ku'Gath is a solid character, but taking him means you won't be going heavy on the magic unless you spring for an expensive block of Horrors. After him, a Standard of Sundering will give you a good magic defense and you can feel free to take whatever else you need.
