I'm new to warhammer and am trying to make a 500 point daemon army. Help please!
125 points: Herald of Khrone with Firestorm Blade
168points: 14 Bloodletters of Khrone
205 points: 5 Seekers of Slaanesh with Siren Standard (Anti-Ranged)
I dont have my core book in front of me, but I think you have to have at least three units for a lits to be legal. So, unless you are going to run the herald on his own, this wont work.
At five hundred points, I would suggest taking a wizard if you can. Even if it is your only character, it can do a ton of damage in such a small point total. Remember, no mater the size of the game you have 2d6 spell dice per turn.
Other things that can be extra nasty at low point values are flamers, fiends, and hounds. Seekers are a good option as well, but such low numbers can fall prey to shooting easily. Empire outriders, blowpipe skinks, and tomb king archers, just to name a few, can pose serious problems for a unit with only five wounds.
It is hard to go wrong fielding bloodletters.
Hope that helps,
