This is a thread about what models to use for the terrible (excluding changer) big daemon models.
So far thoughts I have had are a balrog for a BT, a deciver (the necron one) for a KoS, and for a GOU maybe a slaan without the palaquin with green stuff fungi and warts.
So just say any of your ideas.

I rather like the new kipper and the new bloodthirster (I've got an old BT, though...), and the GUO isn't bad IMHO. The old one was worse. Same with the LoC. The Belakor model is also pretty good for use as a DP.
Other than that, the Balrog would make a great model for either a DP (with or without wings) or a BT. I'm not so sure about the Deciever, though.... Is a slaan large enough for a GUO? It doesn't look plagued enough, either, IMHO.
Hmm.... Now I'm going to have to think of some models that would look good...

there are tons of cool reaper models. They have several gargoyle models alone that could be used for flying heralds, demons or even flying vampire models. I've always liked the balrog models too.
One of the great thing about daemon princes is you really just need something that looks big and mean on the right base to work....which means you can pretty go with anything you like.
I saw a pic of the old Orion wood elf model that was turned into a DP. Wow!
I'm using a daemon model from Hersey for my BT, It's a really cool model, Azaroth the Fallen one
A hive tyrant could be quite good by may require alot of converting. The bonesword could be a good flamesword (+1S, flaming)
