Hey, guys. I've just got a quick question regarding the daemons of chaos model line. Why are so many units not given models? It seems ridiculous to me that Games Workshop would include a unit in an army and then not supply a model. My biggest problem are the Seekers of Slaanesh. There's really no way that I can see to convert a daemonette to be situated on top of a steed that I don't own. I looked on ebay for the old seeker models and they're over $100 for five of them. Lots of heralds too don't have models and I'm not sure how to create these either.
If someone has a solution to my problem, like a good way to make these models, I'd be very appreciative.
That comes with the territory of being a "niche" army, also the newest. There are a couple threads around on converting stuff or substituting units. Seeing as they are creatures of raw emotion who live in the shifting chaos of, well, chaos, anything goes as far as conversions are concerned.

Please, do you know how many decades I've waited to see a beast of nurgle model. GW has gone a lot longer without having models than this and often doesnt build them at all (I don't even need to get started on the old rule books from back in the day). This is the way things are, and some times you just have to convert.
I can't really give you a way to get the exact same unit as the seekers described, but I would recommend using the Daemonic mount the chaos lord of Slannesh uses from Warriors of Chaos. While it slithers rather than runs, it pretty much looks exactly the same as a seeker otherwise. Getting it on to a cavalry base and getting a daemonette on is really the only worries after that. You could probably get it seperatly from the entire lord if you wanted if you get a direct order as well.
I think having the boobworm is a bit expensive for seekers, though if you wanted to use it as a fiend that'd be pretty cool.
Seeing as GW dropped the old (really well sculpted- they're one of the better done models even if they could use more clothes) seekers, I've got no clue what to use for steeds of slannesh now. Hopefully if they come out with seeker models they'll be cheap plastic ones so we can use them for chariots and stuff.

Wait, what? Daemonettes on steeds? The shiny Special slot?
I've never walked into a store (in Oz) without them.
They're not in any online store that I can find, and... Wait, why are they not on online stores? They got released ages ago, they're in store, why?
Aside from Heralds, which are easily provided by stand in or conversion models, what else isn't in there?
The Heralds could probably just be done as more ornate/better painted version of the Lesser Daemon. You want a Tzeentch Herald, use a Pink Horror. If you want him on a disc, pick up the Tzeentch Sorceror on a Disc and use that one, or craft one out of plasticard, or stick him on a Screamer. If you need a chariot, I'd just grab a Tomb King light chariot (or something similar) and take the wheels off, put it on a flying stand instead.
Some of the conversions would be more difficult I'd imagine (a GUO "lounging" on a Palanquin, for example) but I pictured the Heralds and just slightly spiffier lesser daemons.
