A favorite local "small town" video game store (it's in San Diego so not really small town) has recently started selling warhammer. After a month, there is plenty of 40k business and players showing up to play but just about no WHFB players. So to drum up some business for it me and my friend are going to play a nice long game sunday to show off Fantasy.
Keeper of Secrets
+ Level 3 Wizard
+ Siren Song
+ Allure of Slaanesh
+ Torment Blade
Herald of Nurgle
+ Palanquin of Nurgle
+ Noxious Vapors
Herald of Tzeentch
+ Chariot of Tzeentch
+ Master of Sorcery (either Lore of Beast, Death or Shadow)
15 Bloodletters of Khorne
14 Plaguebearers of Nurgle
+ Standard: Icon of Eternal Virulence
10 Pink Horrors of Tzeentch
+ Standard: Icon of Sorcery
5 Flesh Hounds of Khorne
5 Seekers of Slaanesh
3 Fiends of Slaanesh
3 Flamers of Tzeentch
I wanted to use a variety of units to show off my daemons. My friend will be playing skaven and is also planning on using plenty of units like the Furnace and Bell.
What i want is to talk about what kind of list should i have for doing an exhibition game? Any units that you suggest i take or not take?
p.s. i put this in GD instead of army lists since i'm less looking for list critiques and more for good units for an exhibition

I wouldn't take siren song for a demo game. It's a silly power that is to some degree a bad advert for warhammer.
You've got a good range of units that can demonstrate the finer aspects of strategy in Warhammer (Despite the criticism that can be levelled at daemons, you can make the army very strategic).
Overall, you've probably got the right idea. But I do wonder whether you should remove a fiend or two to get a few more guys in your core units. For a demo you really want to demonstrate big units and big combats, while right now they're a bit teeny.
Having an army and not owning a rulebook is like owning a car with no steering wheel.Originally Posted by amishcellphone
If its just for shows maybe you can put out a couple of juggers and the daemettes of slaanesh on the side of the show just for the rest of the ppl to see the whole variety of cool looking daemons
So perhaps something like
- Siren Song
- 1 Fiend
+ 3 Bloodletters
+ BSB on HoN
+ Standard and Musician of Seekers
3 pts left over
