Topic of the Week - Horrors of Tzeentch
This is the start of a new series, that will hopefully bring new ideas and tactics to the forums. Each week, a new topic will be posted up about a different unit in the army book. This gives you your chance to discuss the unit to its fullest. So, please leave your comment!
This week's topic is - Horrors of Tzeentch
Is the command worth the points? What icon do you use? Is it wise to maximise the unit size for their magic abilities? Is taking the changling worth it? What tactics do you have for these?
The command and the banners are hardly worth it. The +1 would only be worth it if it worked with the heralds in the unit but it doesn't. With the new rules for magic horrors are debatable in use. The changeling is fun to use if you use the unit as bait for monsters and characters or put Skulltaker on a jugger next to it and watch the enemies drop in combat.
I dream of a day when a chicken can cross the road without anyone questioning its intentions.
