So I was just a bit curious and wondering what do people use for Heralds in their Daemon army? The only ones that have official models are the Herald of Tzeench on Disc and Herald of Khorne on Juggernaut. So what do you use for the other two eralds? And the heralds on foot?
for slaanesh I use the special character The Masque, I don't use nurgle, for khorne I use skulltaker and for tzeentch I'm using the changling, still need to order the official herhald model on disc to see if it is fixed on the disc if not that will be my herhald of tzeentch.
Really, you can use the standard models because well... heralds are standard lesser daemons with a little more power. My Herald of Tzeentch is just one of the really bulky horrors with a bunch of fancy stuff and the biggest horns. Very clearly a leader-like herald.

Fantasy: Windhost of Athel'Loren 2/0/0 - Daemons of Another Great Squiggle! 0/0/0
Warmahordes: Legion of Everblight (Absylonia)
Khorne herald is a last ed bloodletter.
For slaanesh and nurgle I actilly use two reaper models that look especialy nurgly and slaaneshy.

I converted all mine as I'm also hoping that come our 8th ed book we will see the return of the old 'Exalted Daemon' as a new option.
One of my Tzeentch Heralds for example uses the Beastman Brey-Shaman w/raised axe. I used green stuff to turn all those cow skulls into birdy skulls, scultped a beak onto the herald himself in place of his beastly mug, added a few feathers, slaped a pair of TK skeleton horns onto the skull at the top of his staff, replaced the axe hand w/open horror hand and finally added an open magic tome hanging from his belt! Whew!
Alot of work, but he's very interesting and full of individuality!
One of my Khorne Heralds is actually nothing more than taking Khazrak One-Eye and replacing his head with a plastic temple guard champion's head and sticking an icon of khorne from the CSM vehicle frame in place of the lizzardy crest that normally goes there.
As angry & killy as he looks however, he's been nothing but a huuuuuuuge disapointment in every single game I've used him in!>.<
My army runs A Khornate BSB on Juggernaut, two Tzeentch heralds with MoS, and the Blue Scribes. They work very well together
No, I don't have any wool.

Khorne: standard bletter with some armour on to make him stand out
Tzeentch: a massively converted cairn wraith model with bletter head
Nurgle: never had a reason to field plaguebearers
