Since we've already accepted Scourges as "using Jet Pack rules" can we just remove the "may make 6" move in assault phase as if they had Jet Packs"?

First of all, let me just say that I like the way you did the whole thing. Its a lot more convenient than having everyone simply post ten paragraphs of their own opinions, ending up in every person restating the same thing ten times and no one reading the previous posts.

***I dont care about harlequins, in fact I would much rather be without them and instead simply make the wyches better. For example make them 12 points a piece and give them rending ability.

Hmm, I think it should stay. My logic here is that we are not necessarily creating a single army list, but rather a wide spectrum of possibilities. Thus, if both become accepted. Either one would be worthy of GW's attention.

Thank you very much, wraithguardian. I appreciate the recognition. karantalsis made a sister thread for discussion of this list. I don't mind comments in this thread at all, but we don't want a lot of discussion here as it is not the true purpose of this thread.

That said, I'm right there with you on the Harlequins. A lot of people seem to love them though, and I don't mind if we get them added to our list as long as the rest of it gets the attention it needs. So I'm not going to hurt that one, personally.

You have a point about the Incubi Master, but he does need a good reason to be used and doesn't currently have any. As a multi-wound model, he could be useful for soaking up extra damage like a poor-man's Drazhar.

Like I said above, one choice does not really cancel out another, as long as we're not talking about whether a certain unit should be added or not. So in the case of the scourges, the "move 6" as if they had jet packs" item is actually 12" + 6" because they are still considered jump infantry.
