Here's another codex apparently coming out before ours. Didn't see that one comin' did ya?

They make a psyker that forces Tyranids to think out of the box so now we've got to fix that. AWESOME.[/deadpan]

current release rumors are

tyranid in Janruary
new SM chapters codex around julyish
DE around october

Sorry to say this but i think cthulhu will eat us all before we get a new dex... shame actually since i would gladly start playing dark eldar...Wanted to collect them for ages but, the olde miniature dont appeal to me vissually and as subjects for my conversion experiments...

I dont really care for a new dex... form what i hear the de players are doing just fine with these rules... the miniatures however need an update

I've heard someting similar to this, however I was under the belief that we were going to get 2 xenos releases in a row, the second being DE. Although it is all pretty cloudy right now. We've known about the tyranids for a while, but hey, I'm also a nid player and they do need a fix.

The big problem is that as Cyresh says we aren't too bad off in terms of power, our 1 build works really well...

Do I expect any better? Not really. I've stopped expecting a while ago.

New tyranids lol, the latest edition didn't come out that long ago, as a tyranid player I'm so confused, why a new dex already???I feel like I haven't played this edition of nids for that long.

As a dark eldar player I'm thinking : *lots of cursing at GW*
Why do DE get one codex each 15 years??? (yeah I know it's not that long but I'm not far off)
Why do nids, space marines and other races get several dexes and we get nothing?

Back a year ago I told myself: stop thinking about a new DE dex, it will come out someday...
Now I'm starting to think more and more that there never will be a new codex : /

WHat the hell is wrong with GW, why do they hate dark eldar so much?

They "hate" us because we don't make oodles of cash fast. Of course the only armies that CAN make oodles of cash are the often updated ones.

When I go to GW stores Space Marines aren't what are catching most interest. It is usually Tau or Imperial Guard, but ofc the redshirts always convince people to buy Black Reach and it sends them on the boring path of the Ork or Space MArine player,

How many more years till DE become another case of Chaos Dwarfs/Squats. I think if they don't get a codex by 6th edition they're gone forever.
