So what do you think?
Lord set up is fine.
I think a Lance and shield is a better choice for chariot mounted Nobles. Chariots wont last long in subsiquent rounds of combat after the charge, so I just maximise his S & armour on the charge. If it doesnt work, who cares if he only has S4, he's going to lose the fight regardless.
So yeah, Lance + shield gives you a better shot at winning on the charge, which is what really counts with chariots.
Also put the seal of Ghrond on the Noble, to allow the Sorceress to take a second Scroll. 1 Scroll & 4 dice wont be enough magic defence at 2250 against a magic heavy army. 2 scrolls will hold off the critical spells, just enough to get you into combat and kill the casters.
Make sure you keep the second chariot next to the Noble, so it can use his Ld for stupidity tests. And then do a combined charge against the same unit, which will utterly crush most units.
I dont think crossbow warriors have much of a place in fast/attacking armies. Id drop them for a nice big block of 18-20 Corsairs with Warbanner (25 spearmen with shields will also do fine). If you wanted the ranged support, maybe drop 1 unit of Riders for an RBT. 2 units of Riders is probably enough anyway.
Apart from the above, it looks pretty good.
