I don't like it that you have a low magic defense, no scrolls. Neither do I think that your unit warriors will hold anything.
It's risky such a small unit, 5 need to be shot and a panic test arrived LD 9 still a 1/4 chance of failing it.
Well, everything is going to fail it's leadership 1/4 of the time or worse, because that's his highest leadership. It looks like you're undecided on the supreme sorceress or didn't finish typing. Is there a lvl4 and lvl2? You don't have to have scrolls to have magic defense. But I would give your lvl4 (if she exists) some magic items to work with. I have a lvl2 and lvl4 in my list and do fine. Sometimes I'll take a scroll, sometimes the seal of ghrond for the extra dice, but I play in a magic heavy area. The warriors would work better with around 25 guys. Banner of Murder for AP- or warbanner help them in combat.
I think you're a bit light on magic defense and offense. I'd drop the 2nd unit of COKs for a level 2 with the Darkstar Cloak and a Scroll. Also, an Assassin to protect your Supreme Sorceress wouldn't hurt.
Any leftover points can go towards some Harpies or Shades.
