First off, like last time, I'm trying to aim this army against High Elves and Bretonnia, since they are the most common armies around here.
Dreadlord - Crimson Death, Pendant of Khaeleth, mounted on a Cold One (rides with Cold Ones)
Sorceress - Level 2 upgrade, Sacrificial Dagger (runs around with the Warriors)
Sorceress - Level 2 upgrade, Dispel Scroll x2
Warriors x24 - Full command
Assassin - Extra Hand Weapon, Rune of Khaine
Corsairs x20 - Extra Hand Weapon, Full Command, Sea Serpent Standard (Frenzy)
Repeater Xbowmen x14 - Shield
Dark Riders x5 - Musician, RxB
Black Guard x18 - Full Command, Banner of Hag Graef
Executioners x12 - Full Command
Cold One Knights x5 - Full Command
War Hydra x1
Total: 2248 points
Commenting needed! This will be the army I'll probably be buying after adjustments and tweaks are made!
Edits: Fixed some things I forgot to add in, mixed around the comments and took some advice...

I forgot to mention the sorcs were lvl 2... fixed now.
As for the problem with ranged, as I mentioned, I'm fighting mostly against Bretonnia. The people I know barely used ranged.

Your lord can't ride with the CoK's unless he himself is mounted. Also, soulrender is a waste of points on a mounted lord. You are paying points to strike last with +1 strength. Give him a Sword of Might and a shield so he can at least strike at initiative. Or spring for the points to give him CD.
The only honorable options left to we combatants is seppuku or semantics...which amount to the same thing really.
Some tweaks made to the army, taking into consideration both comments. Thanks for the feedback.
I would drop the Crossbowmen down to 10. Also, I would suggest dropping at least the standard and music from the Execs. With such a small unit they are just screaming for your opponent to smash them and take the VP's for the standard. Dropping them down to 8 or so wouldn't be bad either. With the extra you can get something else for your assassin, some armor for your Lord, and/or another 5 Harpies. I like to run at least 2 flocks.
