Hi ok this is my first army list so bear that in mind before you tell me everything thats not quite right. Firstly the tournament I am entering has a major twist and that is that you have to take 2 spellcasters in your army list no matter what so this is the list i have came up with.
1 x sorceress lvl 2 upgrade, darkstar cloak and dispel scoll riding a cold one = 205pts
1 x sorceress lvl 2 upgrade, darkstar cloak and dispel scroll = 185pts
15 x dark elf repeater crossbowmen = 150pts
20 x dark elf warriors with shields = 140pts
5 x dark riders = 85pts
5 x dark riders = 85pts
5 x cold one knights = 135pts
Ok both the sorceresses have the lore of dark magic and the plan is sorceress on her cold one in with the knights and place the other sorceress in with the bowmen and then use the warriors as a block and flank with the riders and cold ones while blasting the opponant with magic. I believe the armies I will be facing are a couple of empire armies, 1 ogre army, 1 goblin and orc army, 2 skaven armies, 1 tomb kings, 2 vampire counts, 3 high elf ,1 wood elf and finally 1 demon army. Thank you in advance for your replies.

ok changed it in my original list so what could be improved?
#1. You can't have two sorcs with Darkstar Cloaks. 1 per army limit on nonmundane arcane items. I would give your second sorc Tome of Furion.
#2. Never put your Sorc on a Cold One or in a unit with CoK's. You don't want to worry about your caster suffering stupidity and not being able to move into position. If you mount her it should be a Dark Steed or a Dark Pegasus. Also never put your Sorc in with CoK's because their job is to get in combat which is where your Sorc doesn't want to be.
#3. Drop your RxB Warriors down to 10. 15 is too large and unwieldly. Use the points saved to put RxB's on at least one unit of your Dark Riders, these guys are worth their weight in gold with RxB's and music.
#4. Get full command (Champ/Std/Music) on your block of warriors. At the minimum all your units except CoK's need music (Dark Riders especially) and a standard is a must for a static block of warriors.
Given the odd empasis your toruney is placing on mages you should consider some of the fun antimagic items DE's can carry.
-Null Shards-handy magic defense if you give your CoK's a champ and give him a Null Shard.
-Ring of Hotek -You know your opponent is going to be caster heavy so why not bring a ring that makes all doubles miscasts?
-Crystal of Midnight -Take an enemy caster down a notch and give yourself an advantage.
The only honorable options left to we combatants is seppuku or semantics...which amount to the same thing really.
