I'm not a big fan of corsairs, thought they do work best at low points.
I really don't like magic at this level, since magic is so expensive. It also requires a commitment to the magic phase, which is hard to pull off with just 2 business spells.
I don't see the point on dread knights most of the time, at any point level. Its a pretty expensive champ upgrade, so unless he is holding an item, I would drop him for something else (just about anything)
I personally don't like 6 wide CoKs, since I usually just flank with them (and blocks often are as deep as they are wide) So having 6 wide, which is the max against 5 wide 20mm units, isn't very great, because 4 deep 20mm can only have 5 knights in contact on the flank. Against small units (more likely at low points), even more of the unit is wasted The stupidity is something that really keeps me from dumping points into the unit, but if they are kept dirt cheap they are effective enough to run.
Although i don't collect dark elves, but both army lists look really solid certainly a balanced list.
A block of infantry, some range, both light and heavy cavalry, some march blocks very well done.
