this list is pretty different from what i normally do in cult of slaanesh, but i think i may like it a lot. here goes:
Anointed: great weapon, heartstone, quickening blood, musk lvl 1 caster Dark lore
(left on foot...check summary)
Sorc (Gen) lvl2: Mark of Slaan, Wand of Kharaidon, Darksteed
Sorc lvl2: Seal of ghrond, darkstar cloak Shadow lore
19 Marauders: light armor,shield standard,music (Anointed here)
12 Devoteed of Slaan: (comes marked, musk) music
10 DE Warriors: RxB (Shadow sorc goes here)
20 Chaos Warriors: 2nd weapon, Mark standard,music
5 Dark Riders: RxB music (General goes here)
5 Chaos Furies
6 Chaos Knights: Mark standard,music
since i kept the anionted on foot i gave him dark magic to nuke with long range Chillwind as he advances. when time is right i can bounce him into a warmachine or to assist something else using the Shadow Sorc level 1 spell. this would be a highly unexpected attack if pulled off. also so he gets the +2S from the greatweapon instead of 1 if mounted.
the general is with the dark riders so that she can get mobility for casting the commonly low range Slaanesh spells. since i dont plan on using the DR's for CC i dont have to worry about making her leave a unit to stay safe.
yes i will probably be using flees with my dark riders, but im not too worried about the 12" leadership since most DE stuff is 8+ anyway.
depending on opponent i would swap out the 2nd hand weapon for a shield on my chaos knights (if its a heavy cav army).
i dont have much for blocking except the furies, but im banking on my chaos armored units to take a little more heat then dark elves can handle.

I like the list. However I wouldnt place tooo much faith in pre-concieved plans. Lord knows they never work the way you want them to lol.
Firstly you might not get that level 1 shadow spell. The others lores arent like dark magic where you can swap a spell for the first 1. (i think).
And I dont think your sorceress can be the general. Doesnt it have to be the highest Ld?

oh i didnt know you couldnt swap for the 1st lvl spell...?
for cult of slaanesh the general MUST be a spellcaster with mark. anointed can never be a general.
and yea you're right about preconceived plans lol
i looked up the 1st level spell selecting, and any magic user can repick one of his/her rolled spells for the 1st one. this was in 6th ed and not changed in 7th.
