tomorrow I will hav my first fight with the Cult against a Orc & Goblin army, the battle will be with 1000 points.
I have no real Idea what my oponent will field, perhaps some wolfrider and two units of orcs.
I have done some nice list :-)
Which will generates 6 Power and 4 or 5 dispelldice.
If I would reduce the (darkstar cloak) dispelldice to 4 I would have the chance to field the rapturous standart with my hardest HtH-unit - which would be great.
Now my question, is it a big risk to go with only 4 dispelldice against an O&G-army at 1000 points, in general ?
4 dice in a 1k game should be well enough, you have nothing to worry about really.
""What's the matter? Don't ya like clowns? Don't we make ya laugh?" - Captain Spaulding.
many thanks for your advice - it helped with the descision.
My friend fielded 3 Goblinshamans, all Lv 2 - nice 8 Powerdice :w00t:
The first turn was hell, but second turn gave me some big advantage and destroyed a whole unit of 20 Orcs.
In turn 3 we ran out of time and agreed to a draw, with the Orcs happy to get a draw...
The Chaoswarriors with the banner did nothing except to take a full hit from the stonethrower and took a lot of magic in their face.
