    Old models

I recently got from a friend 10 old-edition rpeater crossbowmen and a really old 'dark elf repeating crossbow team.' Can I still use these? and also, some old models do not have a modern counterpart, e'g wizards. Basically, what can you do with really old models?

Well using your old crossbowmen are fine, there GW models so are tournament legal and none can complain. as for your wizard, I'm guessing you have the male one, well he can be used as a sorceror with some fluff saying why there is a male spell caster in your army. All models from old editions are still legal, unless it's from an old unit that no longer exist and wouldn't be suitable for any other unit type.
