I dug this guy up with about half my Empire force while getting ready to move home. Along with Ricco's and Lumpin Croop and his crew, I found:
The morning-star, heavy armour, beard and ponytail down to his butt are the standout features (sorry, forgot to take rear-view).
EDIT: King Ulrik Flamebeard advises that it's Borgio, from the DoW army book days of glory. Now I must seek the grail!
And that pesky book...

Wow! That mace would clean take your head off at the shoulders!
And that helmet looks too small for his head.
I like his head/face. Good sculpting.
Cool find. Thanks for sharing. Do you have plans to use him?
DavidVC04, Yeah, attachment to my Empire army, if I can find his stats! Warhammer annual 2003...
I've always thought the morning-star was just a little oversized, but we are playing FANTASY! It is one of the nicest models I've seen from GW. I wonder if there's a foot version.
yea, it's Borgio the Besieger, dow character. I'm not sure if new stats where ever made for him but he was reasonably balanced in the dow book (I think). The reason for the huge mace is because it was made from a cannonball that struck him in battle. He then had the thing made into a weapon for him. It counted as some sort of magic weapon, I think a bit like the helstorm mace. He was infamous for being difficult to kill. Also his helmet made him cause fear.
AtonUnderton - I finally found his stats online - someone has all of the DoW/RoR material on their website, but I won't link it for fear of the copymace!
He is one solid nugget of melee mayhem, and I've just located a Pegasus to mount him on.
Death from above!
