I wanted to start a Kislev army (even though some of the units are weak) just for fun since some of the models look cool to me. And I also wanted to start a DoW army since I like some of the options and the variety you can put together. The Kislev army falls under the Allies Contigent rules, but could I ally with a DoW army? The spreadsheets don't really take this into consideration. It looks hard to make an entire army of Kislevites. Or should I just make an Empire army that has a eastern slav/imperial russian look to it and play by the empire/contigent rules? (ie. handgunners with big furry black hats, Kossack looking pistoliers and use the Kislev cav. I could make my warrior priests/wizards look like Rasputin, etc.)
